agree 100% just the little bit ive seen him in the Wings uni ive loved his flashes of his usual play. his sweet passing, he showed signs of playing like the PWF he is, and of course, his good hitting. i really want him locked up here.

i just can't hate the Preds right now. (as much as Jordin Tootoo is a chump, as much as their fans blow those stupid whistles, as much as they can't sell out their games.) this is hockey in the south now, they don;'t do that bad at all. they have a decent following, and they are a young franchise at that. i think the Preds need and deserve to stay in Nashville.

i never liked the idea of JS. being here anyway. he would make what, 6 million? so that would mean bye-bye to Todd Bertuzzi and Mathieu Schneider

Dixie Wingslover, that is seriously one of the most beautiful pictures i've ever seen. wow that just makes me well up. and im not saying this in a self righteous way or anything but there is nothing like fans of the detroit red wings. look at that! i see you're from charlotte? how are the carolina hurricanes on the other side of the state? haha pretty bad huh? im actualy moving to south charlotte in a few years, one great thing about this is, hopefully the Wings will play AT carolina and i could catch a game in person from then on unless im up here again and able to see one at the Joe.

all this talk makes me think about the times i went to the Wings championship parades during the back to back. how we left our house at 7 in the morning, which i thought was very early, until my family talked to a family from Marquette it was so worth it. love to see another Wings parade in detroit next year!

i would love to see that! i missed out on the Red Wiings-Hawks rivalry type thing in the early 90's (i was too young) that rivalry would be awesome, and in a strange way i kind of want to see the Hawks succeed and do well (maybe its because they've been so bad for so long) plus i really like marty havlat and tuomo ruutu. they have some good young talent. i just know that injuries killed them last year, and Nikolai Khabibulin is, well, Nikolai Khabibulin. n the Av's side, they can definitely have some upside as well and Sakic has always been a great player who i never really dis-liked.

the expansion talks are crazy! i dont know how id feel about the Red Wings in the east. but its definitely more appropriate for things like travel and the very geographic location for the Wings. Red Wings in the east does seem reasonable, but at the expense of two more teams ? canada deserves more, not kansas city.

oh i dont doubt there are direhards out there for the Ducks. just as there are some for teams like the Florida Panthers. nothing against you and your fans, but your team plays like a bunch of goons. to me, thats not a champion NHL team. its hard to want to respect a team like that.

Anaheim doesn't deserve the Stanley Cup at all. not the way their city are a bunch of fairweather "fans" not the way their team plays. i hope the sens take it in 6. the Cup needs to go back to Canada.

i was very impressed by Markov's play this entire season and post season. right from the get-go when he completely de-railed some edmonton player that led right to a datsyuk goal. love his play.

i really like the way Kronner plays. he certainly isn't "Nik Jr" for one, they play two very different styles of D, but i do like this guy a lot. i highly doubt the Wings would trade him or anything like that, he inked a 5 year deal this season. and i love his "bee sting" checks on the opposition!

same here i will follow Langer wherever he shall go. (hopefully still in Hockeytown!) seriously folks. that stuff is unbelievable. get your click on and experience the greatness that is Robert Lang.
