hahah yeah i was there. that boy must have went around the Joe what eight times? i am a little disappointed in the outcome. but, being optimistic, at least the Wings got a point. and i agree about the whole stretch thingy, i was saying to my girlfriend, better to get these kinds of loses out now than in a few weeks.

hopefully it's a good one. hope it's not like the game vs. columbus. had to be the worst 2nd periods ive seen this year. i get to go catch this one at the Joe, its been a while, so im pretty excited!

Dom has his reputation here in Detroit after a less than stellar game to come right back and put up a brick wall. I have no fear with Dom other than his groin, but so far so good right? He could (and if the Wings want a chance to win the Cup this year he will) come up big in the playoffs. He seems to be a fierce athelete and he wont give up. I just think the Wings looked like crap these last two games. Yet as other folks have said in the thread we can't forget that we're missing an absolutely huge piece to the Wings puzzle : Hank Zetterberg. With Bert coming back, and Z soon after, the Wings could gel at the absolute best time. so, for me, yeah i was bummed they lost a few games, but the sky isnt falling.

ESPN is horrible now. theyve been getting bad for years now, but at least when the NHL was on it was something to look forward to. and whoever posted earlier is right, sportscenter is crap too. they basically cover two things: football and basketball. i get so geeked if i see barry melrose on their talking hockey, but its a rare occurance.

i love ozzie. why couldn't he be the starter again? he doesn't really look like he's lost a step.

i think my favorite this year was when some NHL blogger said that the Wings would implode from the inside because most of the Red Wings didn't respect mike babcock and that would lead to their huge demise... heh and i totally agree with babs on getting everyone healthy, of course i want to see Z and bert back ASAP, but no at the cost of re- aggravating an injury. so when thinking things through, let the guys sit out as much as they need to get healthy for a play-off run.

are you talking about the address like on the top of the program window? and for looking for the Wings game, http://www.myp2p.eu/NHL.htm says that the game will be on NHL 2 tonight so when you open up the sopcast program, just clip on the "channel" tab, and find the sports section orr when the time comes around for the game, just put in NHL 2 in the address bar that i think youre talking about.!

go with sopcast! just like everyone is saying. this game should be on one of the NHL channels tonight. the program is easy to use, and much better than missing out on some Wings action.

i read on their board that Erat is out 4 weeks. hope the wings win this big one tonight! finish what they started last night.

hopefully the wings will win this won. they should be able to, but as we nearly saw against LA, any team can beat any other one. its good to see the wings and moreso, the NHL get some national TV love.

my exact thoughts this morning when i read that he was called up. booter, if you could do anything good with the Wings, crush that pest tootoo1! i have no idea how this is going to turn out. a bunch of injuries on both sides. hope ozzie can come up big! i just know that with each additional meeting with the Preds i dislike them more and more.

dang. coming on here and trashing the Wings and their trades. i really hope the Wings and Preds meet up in the play-offs. how sweet it would be.

It's really tough to see Langer going through this stretch. Lang seems to be a really likeable guy, and i know this has nothing to do with his playing, but i cant help but just like the guy. He was funny when they showed him and rex hanging out at his house, and i really do think he can be a great player. who knows with his slump, but he is one guy that i am really pulling for. come on Bobby, heres to the next game
