people seem to still be talking about the old rivalry between the Avs and Wings... but im just wondering, what did forsberg do that was dirty?? what has he ever said? that he'd never play for detroit, how much he hates them? oh wait that was Chelios. i dunno, itd be funny to see at first noo doubt. but hes not on my shortlist of players id NEVER want to see here. but with all that aside, sounds like nothing but speculation.

Wings looked great tonight. a solid team effort - something that has been lacking lately. Homer just keeps scoring. very happy to see the Wings get things done tonight.

agreed. id love to see him net one tonight. but to add to what you said: he really has been close. hes not like mikael samuelsson who shots so absentmindedly and hopes for the best. hes made him power move to the net and it has created quite a few chances for him, now its time for him to bury them.
