Wow, this game looks messy to me. Everyone's just sort of flailing all over.

My boyfriend and I always (used) to get there really early and park on the ground floor of the Cobo Garage. I think it cost between 10-20 dollars, fyi. Very easy to get out, we never had trouble with people letting us out of the parking spot, but I think the garage closes at a specific time so make sure you note when/if the garage closes when you get there. Alas, I have not been to a Wings game or the Joe in over a year. Stupid California. Have a great time!

I love how the author of the article refers to Holland has having a twinkle in his eye a couple of times. Makes him sound like some kind of mischevious, all-knowing elf or something.

For me, VS went from the Wings game to joining the Hawks/Flames in progress to some kind of boxing, which is when I remembered where I was and switched to 40 to watch local. One of the announcers did say something welcoming those joining from VS or something. The VS schedule was weird looking though. It had the Wings game, and then just an hour dedicated to the Hawks and then the whole of the Sharks game. Someone was drunk when they put that together.

The quote in your sig is awesome. Also, I agree with pretty much everything you said, and would like to add that the only thing I'm sort of not pleased with was the first two penalties Rafalski took, but he tightened up after them. -
