the Finland/China women's game has been awesome to watch. Not nearly as epic as what's about to happen with Russia and Latvia, but fun nonetheless.

I have comcast and I haven't seen nor found a HD channel for CNBC. I don't think it exists.

I think this was beautifully said. These ladies are awesome, most of them play well and can only get better. I'm excited for the day they start letting them check. It's going to be glorious.

Hilarious. As was the clip of of the incident that precipitated the remark. I love how Crosby just sort of lightly taps Dubinsky and then skates away all nonchalant and quickly, like some kind of five year old in the car. "I didn't touch youuuuuu!" Even if you don't agree with what Dubinsky had to say, you have to appreciate him speaking his mind. Situations like these usually just create more competative situations. I like seeing the players speak more honestly. -
American rooting for Russia. I've always liked Russian players, and their Olympic team gives me the same sort of butterflies-in-the-stomach holy-s***-they-are-talented sick feeling that our '02 Cup team gave me. That said, in women's hockey, I'm USA all the way!

I think that has a lot to do with the fact that Lids didn't play a lot in Sweden once we drafted him. Most Swedish people never got to see him develop and be Awesome. Floppa, OTOH, is in Sweden every damn year, recovering from an injury and pretending he's gonna play again.
