Hey LGW! Long time no see. I was at Jobing Arena tonight and taking photos from the 4th row off the glass, so I figured I'd share some of those shots with you guys (and gals). Hope you enjoy! Tonight's game was fun to watch, soooooo many Red Wings fans present! (as expected ofc) --

I can't wait for Thursday!

I know, 3-3 from 0-3 is amazing. I didn't think much of the Wings play in the first three games, but now.. Looking forward to Game 7! It's great they came back.

It's the nature of the internets and people. They love to give up if a team plays badly or put things down for little to no reason. But yeah, I still believe too. I look at it like this, they screwed up Games 1-3. They won Game 4, great. They won Game 5. Great. 2 away now. It's within reach. Historically unlikely? Sure. Is it impossible? That's what Philadelphia fans said at first vs Boston too. That's what Chicago fans said last round when they went down 0-3 vs Vancouver (and then the Canucks really almost did become this year's Boston!!! lollolol) before the Blackhawks stormed back for 3 wins. We shouldn't have made the mistakes we made in the first 3 games (like forgetting, you know, to PLAY =p), but let's see what comes.

Now that's a check. Kronwall's hit on Clowe wasn't all that great, actually. That's why he got up quick. This though is a headringer.

Yes, except with Williams I mean it. Mad love for the Mule!

I liked it. Same here. Go break a leg John Franz.
-
Yeah, that particular instance stuck out to me too. Over the years watching sticks break at key moments like that makes me hate players using composites. If they win Game 5 I'm going to be excited as s***. It'll definitely make this into a series again. Lopsided still, but winnable.
-
Wait until they win Game 5 & Game 6, then there's a realistic possibility of making history. Right now we staved off elimination. Nothing more, nothing less. Fantastic, but it's 1 game out of 4.

Franzen is lazy and sucks.

People like to vent more than they like to talk about how happy they are. Just how it goes.
-
Lol. Love it.

Seconded. See you when you're better, Matt!

I like that quote a lot. Very cool. Yet it might only be a nice quote. We'll see.

This thread is being ressurected. As of now. I have to share this song. I hadn't heard of Flight Facilities til this week, but some music blog tuned me into their existence -- and I love the sound of this track:

Mt. dew. Frigid or super hot?

It was cool spotting Mac on the other night. Totally unexpected, but nice to see happen.

This combined with the article makes a win for this thread. I love it! -
Words cannot express the rivers-deep feelings your mad skillz with English inspires in me But indeed! As do the Pain Trains, the Downeys, and all the rest of the heavenly Red Saints of days past or present. Now, to stave off a sweep and save some dignity. =p

The Internets: Where people make up facts, and then support them with anything they so desire to qualify the statement with. But don't go tellin' me that Hudler ain't a saint, 'cos I seen that man bring the dead back to life. Twice. On a Tuesday.

That I'm late to the party and arriving to witness a most sorrowful end! It is the end of an age, having watched the Zetters, the Datsyuks, and the Jimmy H.'s fall prey to foul plans and dark deeds. All kidding aside, I'm sad to decide to pop back on this forum *now* of all times, but sir, it is pleasing to see our fellow friend Bob still with a cheerful expression at your side. Good to see you Heroes!

This thread is but a shade of its former self. Where'd the action go? The daily posts? The crazy inanity? Psh! But.. this: Better have Babs recite Braveheart on Thursday, lest 2010 become a hockey memory. =p
