It wasn't Cheli's fault the other d, Lebda I think, didn't communicate back to cheli to make a line change sheesh. You could tell that he was pissed off when the dallas goal was scored. The other d (not sure who it was that he was telling that he was getting off) allowed the goal because of poor communication. I really wish people lay off and look at the tape if they got one of game 5 of the Dallas series. Even the announcers said, the kid needs to pick up his communication skills a little better. Or something along those lines. Cheli rarely makes a mistake like that. So give him a break. It wasn't just Cheli who cost Detroit game 5. And I think it's funny that after a loss everyone is on Lilja's butt. He has a great game in game 2 but then falls off just a little and wow holy hell lol. It's only one game, let the wings win on their home ice so we all can boo Bettmen and Al can twirl the octopus right in front of him and maybe, just maybe some "matter" will fly off and hit him in the face!

I remember Ken and Mick saying that in order to get Draper with the shaving cream, you have to go deep into the playoffs because I believe his birthday is this Saturday? Can someone enlighten us on that? So if that's the case, who do you think will go after Drapes with the shaving cream? I would love to see either Maltby or DMac get him hehe

There is already a tone of these online, I know I've signed a few. It seems all they do is just sit online. What someone needs to do is, actually take those petitions and do something with them. Print them out and form a group or something and march on up to his offices. Then you may just be heard

No it's not a curse, I have bought one every time they made it to the finals since '97 and they won. So you can look at it either way. I was soooo hoping Lids was gonna pick up that trophy like Stevie in '02! That woulda been awesome!!

I totally agree, I mean since the no-goal they have lost all their drive to win. It's pretty sad to let something like THAT turn you away from wanting it all!

The reason the commentators didn't respond to that was because they were so ecstatic about Dallas finally winning at the joe. They were all for the stars on both channels. Why can't the wings get anything like that except from Ken and Mick? Is it because they've been good for far too long?

I don't think it was Cheli making the bad line change. He was clearly communicating with the other guys and THEY failed to get it together quickly. You could tell by Cheli's reaction when the other player who was suppose to take his spot didn't respond to him. He just shook his head and it was all downhill from there.

Because the wings are all talk and no action. It's obvious today. They kept saying that's all they were gonna do was drive to the net and get traffic in front of Turco. Well THAT DIDN'T HAPPEN AT ALL!! They are scared because of the no goal call on Homer! Well NOW the wings have a sense of urgancy and they better face up and realize it or they are done like dinner! So much for the Yzerman shirt grrrr!
