For anyone that doesn't live in MI or has the package should love this channel. I'll take the NHL network over versus ANYDAY. It's true they do they do show a lot of classic games and highlights of games throughout the night (which is good cause I can see how the Wings scored that night), but they show a lot more full live games than versus does. So do you prefer Dennis Miller's commentary on versus?

The Sens only beat two teams (CAR and MON) that've been better than average to this point in my opinion. They've done there job almost perfectly though and that's all you really can ask of them. Still, I don't think we should think that this team is that good just yet

Exactly. It's obvious that we all miss the guy on the ice, but more importantly, his safety comes first. But If there are doctors that will give him the go to play. That's entirely different.

I didn't know they showed hockey on abc. I wish they would show it here. I'm getting rather sick of all the crappy games on versus and having to watch Avs games.

I for one think we should definitely sign him. I think he's too good of a player (when not hurt) that the chemistry with the team would be a factor only for a little bit. Plus, it's not like he's a headcase. So I wouldn't really worry about him be a distraction. As long as they can agree on a fair contract, why not...?

Drake through his 8 games has been playing pretty awful. Downey on the other hand has been playing a bit better. So play the player who is playing better at the time. Don't buy Downey too high yet... but also do not give up on Drake already. The season is too early to be benching people.

They should talk to a team like Edmonton. They don't seem to mind giving up their top players.

I think 1.5 is good. He'll be getting double the salary he has had. I don't care if he doesn't get 20 + goals again. He does a lot more for this team than just scoring

I'm just curious.... but does anyone else feel that our 3rd line could be great? Drapes and Cleary, as hard as they try on offense and defense, plus with Flips talent... That could be a pretty great 3rd line.

the Rockies aren't doing too shabby either. it's like the first time since i've been 6 or 7 that we've been in the chase for a playoff spot. can't wait for the Wings though, that's for sure. -

Make him practice and doing everything with Drapes. If he's really slow and out of shape, who better than Draper model off of. I don't know many players who are more determined.

Yeah, I don't know why he'd start a sentence making a point and then end the sentence. Then he'd start over with a new sentence rephrasing the point he was trying to make before.
