Freaking Cleary was hurt? how'd that happen?

I hope we keep Cleary. People say he woudln't be the same player on other teams, which may be true.... But this guy plays his ass off for us. We need to sign him even if the contract is a little more expensive than people want. Wings Here's an article about him. Not sure how quality it is though.

I watched the Kings commentary last night and I was not impressed at all to say the least.

I don't see why we'd trade the future of our defense (as well as a great player now) for a guy in Sundin who would probably sign back with the Leafs at the end of the year.

Glad to see Cleary alright after the LA announcer said he was shaken up. Great pass by Pavel and Ozzie is playing pretty damn solid right now.

I think the number one reason I want Forsberg here is so I can shut up the Avs fans (especially my brothers). When I tell them there is a possibility we'll sign him, they're always like "no way, he hates the Wings. he's still an Av at heart". No better way to shut them up by him signing.

I'd rather have our lot than theres, but I wouldn't say they're absolutely nothing. Sakic is still one of the best captains in the game regaurdless if his play has deminished.

I have a question. Is there a third person with Daniels and Redmond? I was watching the game tonight and I thought I heard someone who wasn't either of them doing commentary or am I just crazy? Oh, I see. Is that Larry Murphy?

I really like Stastny. I'm not an Avs fan, but you have to admire the mixture of talent and hard work. I would love that guy on the Wings.
