Cleary is a product of his environment. He was a first round pick that never took off until he came in as a camp tryout. While he has improved his game tremendously the last 2 years it’s a result of what’s around him. He plays with world class players and a hardnosed coach, both push him to play to his full potential. Can he duplicate that success somewhere else?

Tootoo is 5'9" 194lbs. He isn't big enough to go head to head with the heavyweights in the NHL. He is a defensive liability and quite frankly brings little to the offensive aspect of the game (he has 13 points thus far with a -4). He may have energy but when was the last time you heard anyone say energy wins championships. We need a big body on D. RedFX says that the folks in Nashville call Draper a dirty player, I've personally haven't heard anyone say that but then again all the people I know in Nashville who follow the Preds jumped off the bandwagon when they started the season below .500.
