I go to training camp every year and love the whole experince of Traverse City despite the 10 hour drive. It's the thing I look forward to every year. The practices,autographs,and small talk with players and other die hard Wings fans. Had a son in late spring and was hoping and praying I would take him up for camp,but for a variety of reasons it doesn't look promising and I will know for sure this week. I have had a few jerseys done for some autos for my Wings basement that I wanted to add,which is why I post. I know there was aSTH meet and greet last year where you could get some autos (looking to get Huds,Bert,Kronner,Howie,and Fil). So, I was wondering if any STH might be willing to trade their pass for tickets a pair of tickets to Sat. Sun and Mon. at training camp? I'll know for sure I'm going to be doing for sure later this week. Any interest please post or pm. Thanks

I just sent SportsK three blanks to get done and one vintage barber pole jersey that already had Yzerman on it. I had some of my own patches I sent in with the jerseys along with reference pics as to where the are supposed to go. I've done it before and Howard from SportsK has always known beforehand where they should be. I guess I send the pics just in case. He knows his Wings stuff.

I have bought several jerseys and sent several to get down by SportsK and they are seriously the best out there. Just sent three to get done. I have a Winter Classic to get done,but need to decide on who as well,but I'm not sure it won't cost more to get that one done since it is two toned.

I'm sure they would fix it for you. I've always had great service there. But with it just being off a bit I might be afraid of fixing it since the numbers are sewn on, might be able to tell where they were before..or not. Just thinking out loud.

Been busy with a lot of things,but found myself watching a few old Wings Weeklies that I have on DVR and the Fedorov 5 goal game. Like someone else said it is kind of nice to have some kind of break though. You need to recharge your batteries.

Seems the authentics are a bit bigger ,but not by much than the old CCM. Replica are pretty similiar to the CCM. I have a few of both the Nike's and CCMs and if you fit a large CCM you will be fine in a Nike 48/large.

Believe me...it is 100 percent fake regardless if he has a reciept for it. Probably a reciept from a real one. But I'm certain it is not real. You can tell by the nameplate is not done properly and the style of numbers as well.

Although Grigorenko had a fantastic season this year for star loaded Ufa team. Keep in mind when he was here for training camp a few years ago the accident did not allow him to properly train the way he would have wanted to. Cards were just stacked against him. I do not think it was because he was lazy and unprepared. I just don't think he was physically unable to do the things to prepare himself for an NHL season.

Come back Huds..would be even better if we could also keep Bert as well.
