Go post this "the Wings are going to lose" crap on the Pens forum. Wings in 5.
-
Both games were very even. It seems like the Wings control half of one period and then the Pens control the other half. Game #3 will be very interesting because of the end of Game #2. It was clearly evident that Malkin is beyond frustrated and a victory tomorrow all but seals the deal for the Wings. The Pens are good, but they are not winning 4 in a row against the Red Wings. If the Wings are to lose one game in Pittsburgh then it's Game #3. I think Game #3 goes to the Pens and then the Wings take the next 2 to win the Cup at home. However, if the Wings win tomorrow, it's very likely that a sweep happens. This day of rest does both teams good, more so for the Wings and Game #3 will be one of the most exciting of this series. The Pens know they have to win to stay in the series and the Wings know they can smash the Pens hopes with a win.

The 1971 Chicago Blackhawks. The Blackhawks won the first 2 games and then proceeded to lose the series in 7 games. 1971 Stanley Cup Final

I'm not too nervous. The Wings are a great road team and their game seems to become simplified while on the road. I think the Wings split, come home and close it out in 5.

Osgood has the the best winning % in Cup Final history
Mike replied to RedWingNut78's topic in General
Couldn't find those stats specifically for the SCF, but I was able to find his playoff stats. Osgood's stats in years in which the Red Wings were in the SCF: 1998 Playoffs .918 SV% 2.12 GAA 2008 Playoffs .930 SV% 1.55 GAA 2009 Playoffs .930 SV% 1.95 GAA -

I don't know if I can trust that shiny bald headed man.

Did they even review the play? I bet the suspension was rescinded before the final horn sounded.

It happened tonight.

If you didn't like Ericsson before, you certainly do now. Red Wings Corner

I was down at the game tonight and it was awesome. Not only did I get treated to a winning game, but I was also able to get Gordie Howe's autograph. He was in the suite next to me, along with Mickey Redmond and Jay Towers. Pretty good night. Go Wings!

I hope the refs continue to be as good as they were tonight. Wings put the smack down on the Pens and go up 2.

We don't want you here, nor do we care if you don't want to come here.

All of the trolls have been taking shots at the economy and the sellout thing, which they get wrong all the time. They never take shots at our team. I wonder why?

Take your own advise and leave. No one cares about the regular season and no one cares about you.

Game 1: Lidstrom will play, Ericsson questionable
Mike replied to HockeytownRules19's topic in General
Upon hearing that Lidstrom will return for Game #1, Crosby cried for four hours and then proceeded to call Bettman to ask for an immediate 5-on-3 to start Game #1. -

Datsyuk, Lidstrom, Draper AND Lilja participating in full practice tod
Mike replied to stevkrause's topic in General
Wonderful news. We all know Lidstrom will be back and it sounds like Datsyuk will be back too. The Wings just got that much better. Bring on those Penguins. -
NHL 09 is the best game ever and it seems like NHL 10 will claim that title. EA is amazing at making hockey video games and I will not buy one made by any other company.
