Good second half of the period. It makes me sick seeing Cleary on the ice in favor of Tatar. Hell, I'd take White at forward in his place at this point.

I genuinely feel bad for Whitey. Every game he gets sat makes me wish more and more Kenny could have at least dealt him somewhere he could play. Glad Toots and Cola are in though.

He definitely looked a little nervous at times. Lol there were a couple times where I thought he was out but it was Kroner (my stream is crappy). I was like "dayumn he looks pretty comfortable in the NHL.....Oh."

Watching those highlights made me have to watch all the fights from that night. I loved that team so much. I miss the days where players would stick up for their teammates. Also, I wonder what would happen if there was a bloody brawl like that today where you cannot play with blood on your jersey. lol. Would have been a 4 on 4 pond hockey kind of game.

This. It will be an interesting change of the script for us. I'm anxious and excited to see how things develop. I hope our young guys step up and become a prominent role on this team for years to come. -

Lol I know he is not their GM anymore, that was the intended (and obviously missed) joke. His being fired makes him available to take Holland's spot was what I was going for... Anyhow, I wasn't serious. I am a Holland believer.

The only thing that genuinely surprises me is that we didn't trade a defenseman today. I thought for sure someone would be heading out, if not in a package then at least for a pick or two. Hmm.
