Hey...It would be cool to figure out exactly how long it takes to get from Sweden - where I live - to the seat in JLA using "regular" transportation options. Meaning flight from Swe to somewhere like Amsterdam or London and from there to Detroit and then a taxi or something...Hmmm...

Hopefully Anaheim will get a really bad start to the season - a start they won't be able to recover from. Good stuff that Cammalleri has started early...Maybe the Kings won't be complete pushovers this season.

Not surprised that this has come up...for smaller teams the NHL involvement might be beneficial..but for teams like NYR, why would they want the NHL to interfere...

In the first episode of season 19 Homer visits Chicago and while the episode has absolutely nothing to do with hockey really I love that he goes and buys a DETROIT jersey in Chicago with the #9 - presumably Howe.
