It may be that way for scores out East but out West it will be the same and West will take the cup. Sorry, but Defense wins championships. The casual fans will come but will be disappointed when they watch the West play.

I've had man-love for Pav and Hank since they entered the league. I don't know what took you guys so long.

I'll agree this isn't the hockey that I grew up watching but the fact remains. Wings are still dominating even though the Pens have been given every shot to come back. 5 on 3 and Z still has a chance to score? The joke is on the Pens.

I saw maybe a few intelligent posts in that thread. Then the rest of them reminded me of high school.

Bump for idiocy.

Well, it's going to be hard to keep Helm up in Detroit. Depending on a few things though. If Drake retires and Kopecky is back to what he was doing before he got injured, he will take Drakes spot. Then that frees up the spot for one of the young guys to take over, either Helm or Abdelkader. It really depends on who earns their spot but Babcock might look at Helm's performance in the playoffs and be like, this guy has earned it in my book and he gives it to him.

You'd die 5 mins into a press conference.

I have to go work at UPS in about 40 minutes.

Pff he's not in the crease. He's in the net. Learn the rule book!

QFT. Are PP needs to click if we want to win on the road.

Completely agree with the article. Though, I could pick a few other Captains to replace Crosby at 7.

Pens again bemoan lack of obstruction calls

Wow I have nothing to say about that article besides what every other Wing fans has said. This guy is ridiculous. -
Thats good news. Homer takes some of the heat off of Z and D when he plops his rear in front of the net.
-
Lol so true. Also, go buy an Octopus and throw it out on the ice. Make sure when you buy it to wear a Pens shirt.

I guess they could have done worse?

To anyone that thinks that there is a conspiracy to have the Pens win, shush please. If you watched the game at all on weds you would see that there isn't. We had five PPs that game. Only 1 PPG. We had 10 PPs that actually mattered in game 2. No PPG and 6 PPs in game 1 with only 1 PPG. If anything, this game is being called very fairly. Wings just never really capitalized on any of their chances. But apparently the NHL is trying to get the Pens to win. Yeah, right. And isn't the NBA supposedly trying to get the Lakers to win too? Drop the conspiracy acts. There is none.

The only reason why reffing is bad is because McCreary isn't reffing.

Lol. I can only laugh at failed attempt to make a smart post. To be that ignorant, or in most cases with fans, to be that blind is just funny. At least I can see what we did wrong and not make excuses like there were no calls for us or bounces were bad.

Its funny because I was just about to make a post about this but found this one. Babcock is definitely classier than Therrien. Well Detroit is classier than the Pens. End of story.

Wings played like s*** in game 3. We did a lot of stuff right but we also did a lot of things wrong. Dats wasn't playing to this best of his ability, our D looked like s*** besides Lids, our first line wasn't doing very well, everyone was mishandling the puck. To say an ignorant comment like that makes me laugh. When Pens play their best against Detroit who's playing their best, it should be a good game but Detroit would win. Sorry. Too much depth and too much experience. By the way, this just goes to show what I said about the Pens having to show up for game 3. Which they definitely did. That was a well deserved win for them. They definitely capitalized on the Wings mistakes.
