Good news if Zetterberg will be back next week.

I heard that too from the broadcaster on FSN a few games ago. They will work out a deal its just a matter of when are they going to work out a deal. Before or after the playoffs?

The management thinks highly of both of them or else they wouldn't be getting a lot of playing time as young Ds. Personally I like Kronwall's style of hockey since I was like that, but Lebda has the golden star right now.

That would be the greatest Hockey team ever. I would not want to own a hockey team but rather GM one. You basically get to make the team whatever you want. I'd go with 4 or 5 skill players along with people like Calder and Bertuzzi, add some grit into those lines and toughness. If someone ran our goalie no one would stand around (like the wings did) they would go and fight. I don't care the reasons why you run a goalie, accident or not, you don't get away with it though. I used to play as a D and if someone ran my goalie, I would fight him regardless. Yeah I got a lotta PMs.

The fact you say that bothers me. He probably has one of the best wrist shots on the team since Brett Hull played for us. He was injured for a month plus because of a broken foot. You try coming back off of a big injury like that and produce right away. Almost impossible (not saying no one has ever done it but I don't know anyone that has.) Lines will probably go... Filp/Dats/Hom Bert/Lang/Calder *Hudler/Cleary/Franzen *Sam/Draper/Maltby He will probably switch Hudler and Samuelson a lot in the game too.

I forget the reason why they took it away from him but I can see that it did not affect his game at all. Look at him, he's still producing and scored number 500 a few games ago. I give props to him for taking it with such class.

Hasek is not the reason why we lost the game last night, he is more of the reason why we were still in the game. That save on Iginla last night in the first period with 8 mins left was just amazing.

How could you even say that? Almost everything Datsyuk has done up until April is the reason why we are so high in the points race. I'll second that notion because Datysuk has ben producing a lot even with out Zetterberg. The fact he doesn't need another player of his caliber to produce is something to make you believe he will turn it up in the playoffs.

It looks Good but they wont get rid of Schneider over Sarich. I'd rather drop Chelios than Schnieder. I'd lock up Bertuzzi for atleast 2 years no more than 3. And yes sarcasm is hard to catch in a forum..... Hasek should be our number one goalie. /sarcasm

I would love to see Liv and Howard step up to the plate and pull a Ryan Miller, but its a long shot. Cujo coming here would not be out of reason because look at Hasek? Didn't he receive a lot of bad press the last time he was here, with cujo? He came back. I'm content with Osgood being a goalie but I don't think he would be the best choice. He shows some great skill in some games but others I don't know.

I like the deal with Kopecky because when he was playing I love his energy. He reminded me of a younger Maltby when he would go around and cause a raucousm, I'm not saying he still doesn't do it, but that Kopecky looks like a younger a version of him. He really impressed me with the energy he brought to each game.

I can't believe you said Lang. I would keep him on a short term contract because he is so sketchy when he plays. Calder and Hudler have impressed me a lot lately and they seem to only be improving. I would rather lock up Filpula since I like his style of play and his work ethic more than Hudler but Calder can give him a run for his money.

Canucks are my second favourite team next to buffalo so I naturally want them to win. The fact that they will be closer to taking the pres trophy and 1st in the league doesn't bother me but I don't think it will happen. It will be between Nash and Det. Go Canucks!

I'll have to say CBC, only because I like Canadian broadcasting over American. SO much better. Only if the picture was more clear, it would be the awesome.

The more playing time Bert gets, the better. When Cleary and Zetterberg will be back, it will be a glory filled day because I've missed those two on the ice. Lang, stop being lazy.

Datsyuk right now is not worth more than 5 mil. If he produces in the playoff big time this year then he will be worth more. And the fact someone mentioned that Datsyuk would go to a different team is very funny beacuse the Wings are trying to build their team around Datsyuk and Zetterberg.

I have a different feeling. I think Datsyuk knows he needs to turn up his game this year in the playoffs. In fact, I think he will produce big numbers in the playoffs. If he keeps going the way he is, I forget what his point streak is now, then he will do just fine and be one of the biggest assets for the wings this year.

My playoff predicts are as followed: Wings vs Nash...... W: Wings Buffalo vs Ottawa....W: Buffalo Wings vs Buffalo.....W: Wings MVP: Datsyuk Season Points Leader: Crosby Season Assists: Thorton Of course I made these predictions at the NHL All Star game with my roomate, who is a big Columbus fan ( I forgive him ) and he had the same prediction but instead has SJS for Nashville and had Buffalo winning. And I believe that the west will have the cup this year. All the skill is in the west. Look at our point totals compared to east and ontop of that its almost impossible to match up an eastern team with a western, besides Buffalo who is my second favourite team next to Vancouver.
