Large window sticker / decal for car

I've seen large winged wheel window stickers / decals on cars in Ohio and other places and I want one for my car. I can't seem to find them on the internet, so does anyone know where I can get one? I have a friend in Toledo who may be able to get one for me if they're only available in Detroit.
