GoalieManPat 1,007 Report post Posted April 25, 2007 (edited) I am trying to get ahold of some tickets for the game tommorow. Last year I got a great deal at like $20 per ticket for a game.I was sceptical about them at that price but bougt them. They were way up in the upper deck. The problem was they were way up there in like a little inlet between beams where the floor wasnt sloped. So If you were in one of the back three rows you couldnt see past the people in front of you. Does anyone know what row numbers these are or at what number of rows the floor isnt sloped? Edited April 25, 2007 by GoalieManPat

Those are by far THE WORSE SEATS in the house. I have spent many a seasons up there before we got kick ass location for season tickets. For tomorrows game we are Row 22, so no worries about those four cubbieholes. Edited April 25, 2007 by OsGOD
GoalieManPat 1,007 Report post Posted April 25, 2007 Thanks. The tickets I am looking at now are for row 23 so I should be safe. The game last year was by far the worst Ive ever been to just because of the seats. There was a group of kids behind us that I felt bad for so me and pops switched seats with them. Then the people in front of them decided to stand up for most the game. Worst idea ever to put seats there

Actually 24 is really the last "good" row in those sections. 25 and 26 is where they are flat up there. You really have to stand the entire game to see the play. If it was an absolute must to sit up that high, I would definitely go with row 26 so you can sit on the back of your chair and not worry about anyone behind you. Hopefully the wings make it 3 and 0 this playoffs with us in attendance Edited April 25, 2007 by OsGOD
GoalieManPat 1,007 Report post Posted April 25, 2007 Sorry one last question. The seller is saying he is going to send the tickets via email. Is this possible and if so has anyone received tickets this way before?

Is this possible and if so has anyone received tickets this way before? Season ticket holders can email tickets as long as they have an account on detroitredwings.com They just started offering it a few months ago so not many people are familar with it yet. OsGOD 3 Report post Posted April 26, 2007 From the detroit red wings website http://www.detroitredwings.com/tickets/seasonTicket.jsp To get even more out of your Season Ticket investment, you can forward tickets to friends, family, or clients via e-mail. Your tickets never have to go unused again.

OsGOD 3 Report post Posted April 26, 2007 The only worse ones are the ones I had for my first Red Wings game ever: Row 27!!! Where were you for Row 27? Perhaps it is 25, 26, & 27 then. I always thought 26 was the last row. I will check again tomorrow night then.
