Mark just glows when he's on tv doesn't he? Then you see Stevie and its almost like he's wincing from the pain of having to talk about himself or have a video camera on him. Humble SOB that Stevie Y. Its a funny thing to b/c as nice as it is to see a player conduct himself like Stevie did, that's not very marketable. As much as I love Steve and his demeanor, I love even more guys like Chelios and Ciccarelli who said whatever the hell they wanted and didn't care who was listening. For them it isn't about being PC but about having convictions and not being afraid to get called out on the floor for saying something you think people might be offended by. Leaders come in all shapes and sizes and I think Mess and Stevie are two great examples of that. Nothing alike in their personality or their style of gameplay but both unbelievable talents and guys that other players want to look up to and follow into battle.
