Player ranking list question

I know this probably isn't the right spot to ask this, however I posted it here to get quicker results.

Does anyone know of any decent website that has a list of player rankings of players not in the NHL yet.

For instance how all the fantasy hockey sites, and sports sites list all NHL players and goalies in a rank system of how good they are. I am looking to find somewhat of the same, but just of players playing in other Hockey Leagues around the world, that may eventually come to the NHL. If anyone knows of any sites or anythign at all and could help me out I would greatly appreciate it!

Do you mean drafted players or undrafted players?

The Hockey News also ranks non-NHLers, you might be able to find something on their website.

ARice89, thanks for the link but I am looking for like future players that aren't in the NHL or signed to a team yet. Players that play in like European leagues, that NHL scouts might be looking at to come over and play. ITs hard to explain, hopefully you understand what I mean.
