interminded 1 Report post Posted November 13, 2007 (edited) I found this bit on forecaster.ca. If you want to read it, this is the link : GOALIE QUESTIONS But why not answer them ourselves ?? How many games will Miikka Kiprusoff, Evgeni Nabokov and Henrik Lundqvist play this season? I guess all three will play the bulk of the games this season. Between 65 and 70 I think. Is Martin Brodeur still the best goaltender in the NHL? Of course. The man is just adjusting to the Devils' more offensive style of playing. He'll bounce back and will finish with 35 wins. Can Jason LaBarbera, Pascal Leclaire, Dan Ellis and Chris Osgood keep up their great starts to '07-08? Depends on the amount of games played. LeClaire is the clearcut starter for the Blue Jackets, but I don't see him sporting a below 2.00 GAA with more than 50 starts. Is there a goaltending controversy brewing in Ottawa, Colorado, Minnesota, Boston and/or Montreal? Ottawa: As long as Gerber keeps playing like he is now, there's no controversy. Colorado: Slowly, Theodore is regaining his form. He's too expensive to be just a backup, so eventually I see him as Colorado's number 1 Minnesota: Maybe not a controversy, but Harding and Backstrom are close. Montreal: Carey Price is a talent without a doubt, but Huet has shown he is a number one guy. When will Cristobal Huet, Andrew Raycroft, Jose Theodore and Ilya Bryzgalov be traded, if ever? Huet and Theodore won't be traded if they keep up their A-game. Raycroft and Bryzgalov might actually trade places. Will Kari Lehtonen ever remain injury-free? Looks like a NO What's wrong with Marc-Andre Fleury? He's just in a bit of a slump. He'll be allright. Are the Lightning going to sink or swim with Johan Holmqvist? If he learns to be consistent he might be their saviour. Marc Denis is a bust. Who's the next young netminder to emerge as a quality starter in the NHL? Pavelec might be the best choice for Atlanta. Will anyone give Curtis Joseph another shot at a Stanley Cup ring? He may get a shot at playing in the NHL due to injuries or the need for a experienced, mentoring veteran, but Cup contending teams have good goaltending, so no.. {edit: Tori Spelling} Edited November 13, 2007 by interminded
