MacK_Attack 108 Report post Posted January 9, 2008 Why not get Ossi Väänänen? He's playing in europe so he could had for cheap. Assets: Has prototypical NHL size. Loves to bang bodies. Moves the puck efficiently and is defensively responsible. Flaws: Needs more work on his coordination and lateral mobility. Has limited offensive upside. Must stay away from serious injury. Career potential: Defensive defenseman. That way we wouldnt be wasting any picks or youth. He'd have to clear waivers to join an NHL team. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
