So I'm watching the San Jose/Dallas game since I'm up and it's kinda dull. Then the puck goes in behind Turco. Pavelski comes across the top of the crease looking to buzz the near post and go after the puck. Happens all the time right? Well Turco sees him coming and lifts his paddle up over waist level smacking the San Jose player in the face.

Now I'm assuming it's an accident and Turco was just trying to slow him down, but... Marty! You got some 'splainin' to do.

Stupid penalty by Turco. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw it.

I can't believe Modano didn't get that shortie. Nabokov did well with zero help from Roenick and Thornton.

The first (and second) of three penalties for Dallas in OT. SJ scored during a 5 on 3 after a tripping or hooking call.

im not too freaked. neither team looked that good tonight. but i am alarmed that Big Joe and Marleau are scoring now.

if these two teams (wings and sharks) meet up in the playoffs. presumably the conference finals. it should be a great series.but i still think the Wings can handle them.
