You can try calling disney ice(i don't know if it's still called that) as well as they could possibly practice in anaheim on tuesday but I dont know if they let the practices open to the public anyhow. It is Anaheim Ice now. I'm not surprised they aren't practicing today with back-to-back games this weekend. I'm sure they will be at AI on Tuesday but I'm not sure if it'll be open to the public. The only open practices are held at Health South in El Segundo..er Toyota center (I think that's the name of it now). They are hit or miss. I've seen them twice between 2001 and 2008 there during open practice. More than likely they will be at Toyota Center during the January trip as that's their Father/Son's trip every year except the January games are back to back which is why it's so hit or miss with them.
