Ozzy needs improvement but I totally agree with you. The NHL designed this to happen. Hence the Penalties getting called when a team is ahead. The no rest after ice. The game is designed to be high scoring. It is exciting hockey. It is extremely frustrating. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING! It is none the less exciting hockey. I usually don't get passionate about games this early, okay yes I do, but man it is frustratingly exciting.

True, I think a combo of the NHL penalty calls to the leading team, the subpar play of Ozzy so far, the subpar play of our defense, and the fact that every team plays the Wings geared up (a statement game to gauge how good they are) has hurt the goals against and the Wings overall play. BUT (and I'm you saying this to you IceMunkee) many here put the blame almost exclusively at the feet of Ozzy and I don't think that is where it should all go.

oh hell yeah.. i was on such a high at the pens game afterwards.. thats was freaking awesome.

hell my friend and i were chanting SHOOT OUT when the canucks scored the 5th... We were on the Canucks bench for the most part so we were trying to spark the canucks to get another one!

at this stage in the game if we are going to see fights... DAMNIT... we might as well see high scoring action
