Namingway 146 Report post Posted February 17, 2009 (edited) It was 4-2 Thrashers after the 1st and 6-3 Thrashers around the start of the 3rd but it's now a 6-5 game with less than 10 minutes left. This is actually turning out to be a better game than I thought. Terrible defending and goaltending at moments, but it's good to see a nice game from some low tier teams. The Kings are definitely playing with more heart right now. Here's a link for anyone that wants to catch the last few mins and maybe an OT/SO http://atdhe.net/live-tv-2.php?i=846 They showed something with Quincey, Frolov, O'Sullivan at some radio interview thing. It was nice to see him fitting in well with the others. Glad he's getting the minutes in LA that he wouldn't have been getting with the Wings. They really needed him a lot more than we did. Kings are currently 12th of the West with 6pts under Columbus at 8th, Thrashers in he 14th spot of the East with 19pts under the 8th spot Sabres. I love it when the little guys put their heart and soul into their games. It shows that they really do belong in the league - no matter what anybody thinks. Although I was hoping the Kings would take it, I gotta give props to the Thrashers for even trying this hard regardless of the standings. Overall it was a good entertaining game!
