just ask Jiri Fischer's family what they think. I still remember that he paid for them to come over after the incident and probably paid for the accomodations too...and he never gave up on Jiri even after it was determined he would never play hockey again. He found him a spot on the team even if the boy couldn't actually play in the games. That's the kind of compassion and decency that makes you the best owner in the entire world of sports, bar none.

This is one of those things in hockey that isn't even debatable. This isn't Crosby vs. Ovechkin. Mike is flat out the only response to the question "Who is the best owner in the NHL?"
