Kind of paraphrased but he basically said there is a misunderstanding as to why he chose the Wings over the Pens. Said he wanted to go to Detroit to be on a competitive team but to also learn from experienced players and learn how a winning system works. Never heard that before. It was intelligent, genuine and straightforward with no hint at a backhanded comment or pettiness. I was impressed with Hossa yet again. Now... if we could only get him scoring...
