I dont think its a conspiracy to let the Pens win i do think it is to extend the series though look at the trip on Dats with the empty net in game 6 last year and now this too many men on the ice. I know that baskeball has allegedly extended series by calling more fouls on one team then another so it is plausible that they would do the same in the nhl mores games = more money
