Vladifan 680 Report post Posted October 7, 2009 I've checked both the NHL network's website and NHL.com to see if I can find out whose feed they'll use for the Wings/Hawks game tomorrow night. I know it's not life or death, but I have yet to get to watch and listen to Ken and Mickey, thanks to the NHL network's choice of feeds. And Fox Detroit will no doubt be blacked out again because the NHL network is carrying the game on Directv. Thanks, in advance.

I KNOW it's actually the NHL network who's going to broadcast the game. Edited October 7, 2009 by Vladifan
Guest mindfly Report post Posted October 7, 2009 Well Ken&Mickey weren't in sweden, the first game they will do is on thursday at home versus chicago, most of the homegames you will see that solid duo =)
Guest CaliWingsNut Report post Posted October 7, 2009 They followed the home team on the website for the most part last season, minus special games. And I believe Ken was in Sweden, Mickey didn't go for sure tho.

With a few exceptions (most of which primarily affect Canadian teams), they use the home feed unless something neutral is available. The problem last Saturday was that CBC did the game, so NHL Net picked that up.
