Some advice my friend... I've found that this board is no place for realistic points of view... most of the posters here are wide eyed optimists and homers. We are all fans of the wings this is true. BUT only a few of us on here are willing to call a spade a spade.

Howard has been ho hum since turing pro AHL/NHL... anyone looking at his play not his "potential" would realize his career potential is more like that of Norm Maracle than that of Chris Osgood. But that assumes the blinders are off and for most here they are super glued on.

1) mindfly describes a goalie as brutal with no real analysis of his game.

2) I describe the way he played including strengths and weaknesses. I also mention a weakness that has been acknowledged by Wings staff for some time, his positioning.

3) I never mentioned his potential.

4) I never said Howard has been good in his pro-career.

5) Most here are terrified of the thought having Howard in net.

6) What about my post was unrealistic?

7) What about mindfly's post was realistic?

8) How could you have possibly missed the mark so bad in so few sentences? Look... just look how retarded your post seems now.
