ESPN article on McGwire admitting to using steroids.

Pretty obvious, but its good that he finally came clean on it. Its to bad that he is trying to make himself look like a victim in the situation.

While driving and listening to ESPN radio, I heard a interesting bit of information. Roger Maris' son is still supporting McGwire but now (rightfully) believes that his father (roger maris) holds the record. Article about Maris' son on McGwire.

This just in: We've landed on the moon.
In a 2005 study published by the journal Nature, researchers at Durham University in England concluded that, across a range of sports, we found that wearing red is consistently associated with a higher probability of winning. The researchers also suggested that red's effect may subconsciously intimidate opponents in athletic contests, especially when the athletes are equal in skill and strength.

I don't believe his claim that he used the steriods for health problems the entire time and not for performance help.

Honestly, does this suprise anyone?

"All done? Five bucks." - Pavel Datsyuk after an interview
"Very few cities in the NHL have the history or the following of the Detroit Red Wings." - Steve Yzerman
