I know there is still 30+ games to go in the season but since the Wings aren't able to catch the 4-5 teams that are only 4-5 points from a playoff spot. I thought I would let everyone know that the Kings/Sharks game is big right now since were still a point behind LA. It's 2-0 SJ in the first. Boyle and Marleau with the goals. Wings/Kings will be even tonight in games played. Very important couple games for the Wings coming. 2 with Minnesota, Los Angeles, Nashville, and Phoenix.

Even with 30+ games to go every single point is important. We need SJ to win this game to keep LA close to us. Also the Wings need to muster up a win during this time to actually get into the 8th spot. It might make them play a little harder knowing they have the 8th spot and try not to give it up.

I definitely agree. I think this next string of 5 games are all must wins. Granted it may be unrealistic to think we'll go 5-0 but each game needs to be looked at it that way. The LA and Phoenix games are the absolute most important with Minnesota being right behind. Obviously we're behind Nashville but there's a fair sized gap.
