Tane 17 Report post Posted March 21, 2010 (edited) Hey guys, going to the Pens game on Monday. My Ticket options were - Standing room for 40$, or 18 row upper corner for 56$.....I went for SRO Any advice on this? How early should I get there for? Where's the Best place to Stand? If I leave my spot during intermission, is it gonna get sniped? Is it going to Be really crowded in the good spots? Can you move around? (Ideally, I'd like to be behind Fleury every Period) Anything else I should know/expect? Edited March 21, 2010 by Tane
Hockeytown0001 7,652 Report post Posted March 21, 2010 I've had standing room tickets about 10 times now at the Joe. Ideally, you'd want to choose a spot sometime before/after warmups. If you can, get there about 10-20 minutes before warmups start, you will easily be able to choose a good spot to stand. You can move around to be behind the opposition net for the start of each period. Just get there quickly before the next period starts. If you leave the action to go grab concessions, your spot may or may not be taken. I've never had a problem with that, though. Hope that helps.

Tane 17 Report post Posted March 21, 2010 Don't know If I'll be able to make it Before Warm ups.....Maybe, but Maybe not.... If I get a bad spot to Start, is it sort of frowned upon to hang around near the end of a period to get a good spot for the next one?
Mikeal 60 Report post Posted March 21, 2010 You can switch places. If your solo its not bad. Just be considerate of others and its normally not a big deal.
Kira 451 Report post Posted March 21, 2010 If you are a veteran of military service, you have the option to go to the suite that Budd Lynch has set aside for military personnel and veterans. Just go to suite #18.
