Guest mindfly Report post Posted May 7, 2010 (edited) i am from germany and so not interested in this event... even forgot that the wc starts today... Too bad because i'm sure germany will be a great hockey country in 10years or so because your country has every possibility to become a huge hockey country and produce lots of talented players btw for people interested, some pics from the game http://www.aftonbladet.se/sportbladet/hockey/internationellt/ishockeyvm2010/article7094259.ab?service=galleryFlash Edited May 7, 2010 by mindfly

I think "oh, another wc...yeah..i dont care. best players still in the NHL blabubb".. the olympics are different

germanwing 154 Report post Posted May 8, 2010 It was a great atmosphere in the arena. 77803 visitors for a new World Record. I just can hope, that this event will help, to make hockey in germany more popular in the media! That´s our biggest problem in my opinion.

GONGSHOW HOCKEY 35 Report post Posted May 8, 2010 So USA's idea that they were somehow going to 'takeover' hackey () has come to an end very prematurely. Lasted all of 4-5 months.
Guest scottj Report post Posted May 8, 2010 ... um, you do realize that a good amount of USA's best players are playing for the cup right? GOOD JOB
GONGSHOW HOCKEY 35 Report post Posted May 8, 2010 ... um, you do realize that a good amount of USA's best players are playing for the cup right? GOOD JOB Ya, so are Canada's. All I've heard is that USA was creating as much depth as Canada... kids are getting drafted from Cali blah blah blah Really this tournament is all about depth and proves that you aint got any of it. I mean come on, Matt Gilroy???
Guest scottj Report post Posted May 8, 2010 ... my god I'll try my best to explain why your first and last statement didn't make any sense but I don't speak retard, so I'll try my best 1. you tried saying that the US can't take over hockey anymore because we lost to Germany in OT 2. I say that the US has most of their better players not playing in that game 3. you say neither did Canada... WHAT THE f*** is it really that hard to understand? WHAT THE f*** is it really that hard to understand? facepalm Canada's best players rarely attend this tournament but we've medaled the last 7 years. What I'm trying to say is that because of Canada's depth of amazing hockey players we routinely run show in this tournament and because USA has no depth they routinely finish in 5th or 6th in this tournament. I also laughed at the fact that so many Americans think they're creating as much depth as we are, but then USA loses in OT to freakin Germany 2-1.
