Should I complain about the jersey customization?

Yeah, I'd still email them or something. Let them know what happened and include a picture. Make it clear to them that you are not trying to get anything out of them but just want them to be aware so that it may not happen to another customer. But of course tell them to do this on all Pittsburgh jerseys though!!

That's why I buy from dhgate. $30-$40 for a jersey, might be a few imperfections but nothing I can't live with. In fact, the Lids winter classic jersey I purchased for 29.95 is waaaaay better than the jersey I bought at the Classic when I was drunk and thought it'd be a good idea to fork over $150 for it.

yup yup, me too. my lidstrom jersey (home) looks killer.... it was $32 TOTAL.

If you're anything like me then you're going to notice the defect every time you look at the jersey. Obviously if you're making a thread about it then it bothers you enough to get it fixed. I say go for it. It's not like you're stepping on anyone's toes. That's their job.

Get it fixed, you'll feel better about it.

I understand both sides but that sort of makes sense to me broken button, take it back, a scratch on the back or bottom of the player, and I don't really care. Point is it depends on how bad the defect is. I bet if I took a ruler to my closet and started measuring seems, hems, etc I would have to return most of my clothes.

I doubt it because you have a pretty pricey wardrobe and a professional does not make mistakes. Clothes, jersey's, etc that are not perfect get sold at TJ Max for half price. If this jersey was in the store and consumers notice it will be on the discount rack. But this costumer paid top dollar. You would return it if the button was broken but not a scratch on the bottom, proves my point. This defect is not where noone it is on the viewable surface. I bet that we would notice at notice this defect at a game, we often make fun of people who have jacked up jersey's. I am just saying if you don't complain your telling another buiseness that, "hey you can over charge me for your product and under skill me." Just saying.
