Hockeytown Cafe is cool to swing by for 1 drink. Pricey place, in my opinion, but very cool to see all of the Wings nostalgia and what not.

You still have to navigate your way through the crowd to get there, then get outside and back in and back to your seat... even with this method, you should plan on missing game time... this option is still better than the bathrooms of course, but the best method is to avoid having to go if possible...

You must be underage or attempting to sober up or something because I can gladly tell you, since turning 21, and maybe even before that, I have rarely had an empty tank at a game lol.
