Syracuse Crunch set indoor attendance record

This is kinda cool.

Attendance was definitely helped by the fact that Utica and Syracuse are less than an hour apart.

I am surprised they haven't bulldozed the carrier dome yet tho. (1979-80 - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carrier_Dome)

Huh, they hold the record for ALL professional hockey now. How long do you think this will stand until Bettman comes up with some half-baked plan to put the SCF in larger, non-hockey arenas?

Actually, I wouldn't mind seeing some Wings playoff games at the Palace...IF the Palace held around 30,000k. Unfortunately, it is nowhere near that.

Let the wings do a playoff game in ford field the hold a good amount.

Or let Dallas play in jerryworld.
