Howard deserves $5m+ much more than Flip does. My biggest concern is the length of a contract especially since the Wings still haven't found a backup for him that Babcock trusts. How many more years of playing 75-85% of the season can he take before he has a major breakdown?
Holland was praising him yesterday and said he's signing now or in June but the sides weren't far off at all. Looks like he got his 6 year 5 mil contract. We all know it was gonna be 5 mil, just wish the length wasn't 6 full years. Goalies can have the most inconsistent trajectories.
The only good thing ive got out of it was watching the tigers beat the snot out of the yankee's in the alcs....which was a great experience. P.s I REALLY like watching the yanks lose.
And who are you to proclaim this? I'll gloat about other teams being eliminated as much as I please.
I'm the guy on the internet with an opinion.
Anyone who says "Haha, the Sharks got eliminated. They suck." on a Red Wings fan board at this point in time doesn't really have a leg to stand on when it comes to calling out other teams and their lack of skill.
yeah, going by his logic would mean that we shouldn't have been happy about any team being eliminated since '08.
No, we shouldn't be celebrating any team being eliminated unless the Wings eliminate them. And when the Wings are eliminated, we shouldn't be talking smack about other teams that lasted longer than the Wings did.
I killed the cable bill to save some money. Now hockey season has rolled around and I'd love to be able to watch the Wings again. I know there used to be a Center Ice Online. Is it called GameCenter now? In any event, I live in an area where I'd be burned by Blackout Restrictions. Is there a service I can subscribe to to watch them live? I don't mind paying. Also, I have an Android phone. I know GameCenter Live is an option on Verizon but Blackouts would still apply. Is there a way to spoof the GPS?
I guess I asked a lot of questions, but I'd really appreciate any help you'd be able to offer. Thanks.
Just check out the GDT on game time and it will have all the info for you.

I have only watched online for the past three years, same reason as you...$$$. They're teeny-tiny on my screen, but I can see them!
I am at work and don't have the bookmarks here but will post them or PM them to you later, OK? There are some good options out there.
You know every time the Wings youtube channel interviews Draper and he talks about his kids, he smiles and brightens right up and starts going on about his kids. Even if the Wings just lost the finals, Kris would still brighten up when asked "Hows the wife and kids?" I think this'll be good for him to have more time with the family.
I have a mental picture of Matt that I envision with red clothes, but now I'm envisioning Mike Lee looking the same way, except with blue clothes. Apparently in my mind, hockey forum administrators are brothers in the same sense that Mario and Luigi are brothers.
