Its because USA Hockey's National Team Development Program IS IN Ann Arbor. They do an Under 18 team and an Under 17 team. The teams play from september til march. almost half the games are played in Ann Arbor. What that means is that as 16 and 17 year olds they spent a lot of time in Ann Arbor a couple years in a row doing what teenagers do. growing up. ffs.

That actually was the case and Zetter wasn't suspended. If you look at the game summary you'll notice malkin received the instigator and the misconduct. Does the instigator always include a misconduct with it?

I don't think message sending was the issue for malkin. I thought it was because he didn't have his jersey tied down. Same thing Hossa received a 1 game suspension for earlier in the season.

So pretty much every hockey pundit has some sort of article that says something like: "Is this what to expect from Detroit after Lidstrom is gone?" I cant be the only one getting sick of it. Every day someone else rehashes the same article. I'd almost prefer they talked about crosby some more.

I know people get instantly defensive when it comes to an issue like this and love to argue their side and lecture other adults about morels, right/wrong but if you look at his last sentence he isn't blaming the nhl. he simply states he would love to continue to provide this service but the party's been ruined. I'm just saying he is already being forced to close his site; chastising the dude like he is ignorant of the law comes off as a little insulting.
