Since this didn't end profitably, I'm changing my pledge to $2 for every goal by a person after whom I've named a hamster, and $1 for every assist by them. That makes $10 in goals and $12 in assists, so add $1 for each win and that brings us to a nice, round $25. Will be sent soon. Tomorrow is payday. Look for it Friday, unless I'm still drunk.

Laughing at EJ Hradek. They were talking about what the suspension means for Detroit. He predicted that Marchenko would be in. So far, so good. Then he stated that DeKeyser would have to be better. Quincey would have to be better. Kindl would have to do more. Um... I'm thinking that if Marchenko is replacing Kronwall, Kindl doing more would mean- what?- bringing pompons to the press box?

For such a simple statement, I got way too deep trying to ask myself whether or not I am. After much pondering about what I shall have for lunch, my list of errands for the day, the playoff picture should the Wings win tomorrow, whether or not I can survive at my current job for another 13 years, whether or not to move in with my sister in my advanced age, and the promise of eternal life, I would have to say, "yes", but mostly because I can't remember past things like where I left my keys. The person below me lives alone.

So I tried to look up a video of the nursery rhyme I referenced. Apparently the farmer taking a wife is the only thing that stays the same from variation to variation. And some of the kids singing were terrible!
