This years playoffs have made a pretty good case of taking a netminder in the 1st round (be it #6 or #22).

And the hilarity of it all is that there's people out there that are upset with the Habs...IMHO - this is why the NHL playoffs are vastly superior to other pro team sports. MLB - boring as f**k during the reg season - oh and by the way boring as f**k in their playoffs NFL - 1 and done NBA - lol almost as bad as soccer when it comes time for faking $hit and now more than ever it's a game on the playground

Fun game last night...Vegas crowd was pretty quiet for the most part...Their crowd outside appeared pretty sparse (probably couldn't take the heat, or the losing).

Veteran presence in the locker room - solid on the pk/calm in his own end - made a great pairing with Stecher whom I hope is protected from the expansion draft. I'd take another season of him over Cholowski/Lindstrom.
