I'm one of two ( CRL being the other) that voted 'No'. I feel he's a very good coach, but he does has some flaws...For starters - he's the coach of the Leafs, and we all know what goes on there...He's also stubborn, and with that he keeps trying to pound the square peg into the round hole. I'm not privy as to what goes on behind closed doors, but me thinks he's not on the same page with his GM, nor with the millennials that make up a significant portion of this team (in other words he appears to luv his vets). With Stevie Y working with him in the past - I wouldn't be surprised if he came back to Detroit.

I'm thinking he'll get peppered, and let in 4 - maybe more, but I'm hoping the Jerks can pull off an upset tonight. GO JERKS!

Not surprised at all. The 'kids' on the team probably don't listen to him...Babs, and Dubas are said to be at odds...Fans had been watching the team unravel since Jan 1st of this year. I'm surprised they took the Bruins to 7 games...I predicted they'd lose in 4, or 5.

I cannot take credit for that...I found it under 'funny Maple Leaf gifs' on Google.

Truth be told I'm impressed with how the Leafs made it a 7 game series...I was 1 whom felt it would be over in 4, or 5. Up until last year I hadn't watched an NBA game for 20 some years...Man how things have changed...Today's NBA looks like a pick-up game.

Like I said before - watch Dubas bend to the will of social media/fans/etc, and fire Babcock. So far these playoffs it's been refreshing to see hard work/determination > skill.

Would be fitting if Gardiner dumped the puck in his own net.

I hope you're right...He did have issues with Drouin, and St.Louis, but he dealt with both as well as can be expected.

Not surprising at all with this finish. Rinne reminds me of Lundqvist in that both are a few years past their 'prime', and they're not capable of making up for their teams' faults as they have been capable of in the past.

Have you ever worn ice skates? Wearing skates while climbing over the plexiglass? Wearing skates, over the plexiglass, and then pummeling a Rags fan with his own shoe? Hard to say IMHO... I agree to a certain extent, but look at the response in Toronto to Shanny's comment last summer...Granted - Shanny in T.O. isn't the same as Stevie Y in Detroit, but my point being is 'kids these days'...They want their $$$ after their ELC, and have no issue with having their agent do all the dirty work for them. It's their right under the CBA...I may not agree with how they carry themselves, or their views, but again - it's their right.
