Even Detroit's own Pat Caputo on 1270AM was jumping on the Wade bandwagon yesterday on his talk radio show. He said O'Neal is the most overrated player in the NBA. And he said Wade is clearly the MVP of the Heat. I've always hated Caputo...I was SO glad when he left 1130AM cuz that the station I mostly listen to...

BTW...did you guys notice that they're already getting ready for excuses should the Heat lose the series? At one point, the announcers mentioned Wade's injury...his partner mentioned that they might wanna sit Shaq the rest of the game so they can rest him and his thigh, get him ready for game 7. Then the other announcers chimes in saying that every single Miami starter is actually playing injured. Even if the Pistons win, they won't win...

I'm glad we won...we made the extra pass I was talking about in my last post, so that's good too... BUT...we are not playing with our heads. We gotta be cool. Instead, Rip's getting teed up, Sheeds getting teed up...*** man! Get a fuking clue...the refs WILL NOT be on our side. But bitching about it like some ******* MAKES IT WORSE YOU FUKING DUMBASSES!!!! Just STFU and play! Goddamn...is that asking for too much? The whiny card and the victim card is wearing thin on even myself, a Piston slappy! JUST STFU! Don't make it worse! Just play ball...and win game 7...

Here's the thing about Wade possibly being out...or being injured... The Pistons have NOT been able to do ANYTHING when both Wade AND Shaq have been on the bench. Last two games, when Wade's out...we can't take advantage. When Shaq's out...we can't take advantage. Even when BOTH are out for 3 FULL MINUTES...we still don't catch up. WTF?!?!? We just fuking blow...and it IS an effort issue. You simply do NOT give up that type of shooting percentage if you get a hand in every shooters face. There's NO reason to not get a hand in every shooters face. You DO NOT get out scored when Shaq and Wade are out unless you lack effort. And another thing...when are we gonna start playing THE RIGHT WAY?!?!?! If I see Chauncy or Rip trying to play one-on-one basketball...I swear to God, I'm turning the game off. We MUST make the extra pass...we're not doing that anymore. And 'Sheed...you gotta bring it. There's no reason for 'Sheed to have a mere 2 points for the game...there's NO ONE in the Heat that can guard 'Sheed. He should be able to step out against Shaq...and he should be able to take everyone else on the Heat in the post. Period. So bring it, you bum looking mutherfuker!

We shot 38.5%...they shot 52.2%. Game, set, match. Pistons need better effort. There's NO reason ANY team should be shooting over 50% against any other team in the NBA. We need better defensive effort. Offense...we need some friggin calls from the refs!!!!! And we need to focus...bring better effort on the offensive end as well. The Heat really spread the ball well...they played the type of unselfish ball we should be playing. It's gonna be tough taking two straight from the Heat to win this series...

This is like game 3: terrible officiating...the heat are shooting like 59% from the floor...and the pistson are shooting like 55% from the charity stripe... ain't no better recipe to fall on your face...***...

Wrong... The Suns suck and everyone that knows basketball knew it...they're finally getting exposed cuz they're playing a decent team... The Heat are for real...the Spurs are for real...the Pistons are for real. Difference? The Pistons are play DUMB AS ***! They're losing their cool. Everyone once in a while, this team loses their cool...it happened a few times in the regular season against lesser teams like Memphis and Charlotte. Now is NOT the time to lapse... But they're lapsing... Teams JUST DON'T shoot 50+ percent from the field unless you're fuking up. Plain and simple. There's not ONE team in the ENTIRE NBA that should shoot better than 50% against ANY other team in the NBA. But it happened to the Pistons. LACK OF EFFORT. It has NOTHING to do with the Heat or what they're doing. They're just not getting in peoples faces. It's INEXCUSABLE. Losing your composure with the refs...also INEXCUSABLE. They're veterans...they're a championship club...they should know better than to flip out on the refs during the playoffs. The free throw shooting...well, as much as it upset me, it IS excusable. Bad free throwing shooting happens to EVERY team from time to time...even during the playoffs.

Pistons need to play some fukin defense...and they need some hustle! If a team shoots 52-53% against you, they're either the luckiest mutherfukers around or you didn't get enough hands in faces...period. And if a team out rebounds you, you didn't give enough effort and hustle. And what the *** is with the free throw shooting?!?! You ain't gonna win many games ANYWHERE if you misss 15 free throws and shoot only 65% from the line! The Pistons are imploding and just beating their own damn self! The refs are NOT gonna call a fair game...period. It doesn't help to lose your cool in the 4th quarter and kill the team. This is all bad signs... A championship team puts themselves in a position to win...and then seals the deal. In games 2 and 3...we put ourselves in a position to win and came up short when it counted. *** man...Shaq and Wade weren't even that good in the 2nd half of game 3...we just fukin beat ourselves. Right now...we ain't lookin like a championship team...we look like we've never been there before...

Uh oh...I'm worried now...

I hope we win tonight! I'll be going to the game on Tuesday, so hopefully they win that one as well! I'm already itching to watch tonights matchup! GO PISTONS!!!!

The officiating was bad indeed... It was messed up...Ben was on Shaq a couple times, Shaq backs in, elbows Ben once, elbows Ben again, shoves him with his off are and BEN GETS THE FOUL! WHAT?!?!?! And what the *** was up with the moving screen/pick? Every time Alonzo Mourning threw a pick for Wade, he kept on shuffling right along for several feet to give Wade enough time and room to free himself. HELLO!!!! That s***e is illegal! You can't fukin throw a moving screen/pick!!!! That's some goddamn bulls**t!!!! But whatever...the refs tried to help the Heat, the Pistons played sloppy...and we STILL almost won that game... So *** the refs...*** the Heat! Bring it, *******!!!!!! We'll kill you anyways!!!!

We stop Wade? We win. We don't stop Wade? We lose. STOP WADE!!!!!!!!

Not really... He missed several buckets he normally makes. Was he just off? Was it because we contested the shot that well? Not sure. But it's not like Kobe...he wasn't taking dumbass shots no one should ever take...he was just missing buckets he typically makes. Great start for the Pistons though! We gotta keep on Wade and contest all his shots! Shaq is clearly not 100% so we gotta take advantage of that as well!

According to yesterday's Miami Herald: But even if Shaq's healthy, I'm still scared of the Heat. They've been really rolling through the playoffs with ease...and Wade is a playoff monster going all the way back to last years playoffs. Wade is really though matchup for us...he's 6'4" and a very muscular, very quick/agile 212 lbs. He's got a decent midrange perimeter shot, he can drive, and he can get very very physical down low against smaller weaker players. And he's willing to play with the reckless abandon for his own body...much like Allen Iverson. I honestly don't think we can take Wade one-on-one...we have to bring help. And we have to hope Shaq is really banged up...cuz we can't take a healthy Shaq one-on-one either. Should be a GREAT series...

We go down 3-1, I say it's over. So the next game is a MUST WIN...

Be prepared to blame me for a couple Pistons losses. You see...every playoff game I went to last year, the Pistons lost. And I'm going to games 1 & 2 of the Pistons/Pacers series on Monday and Wednesday. So yeah...we're doomed to lose. My buddies got so paranoid/superstitious last year that they actually forbid me from going to any of the NBA finals games against the Lakers! LOL

*whew* that was a close one! i thought we were gonna lose. one more, boys...and it's on to the next round. btw...the heat are looking mighty good if wade continues to play out of his mind...

The Pistons were the reason they won game 2, not to mention Shaq scoring just about all the Laker points in overtime. But Kobe and the Pistons were the reason they lost games 1, 3, 4, and 5.

Miami had their letdown game last night and still won... Lets hope that the Pistons can pull it out even if they do have a let down game...

Well, that team was sabotaged by Kobe Bryant. Believe me, in that series, Kobe was NOT an asset to that "team".
