Baseball is not a sport and the season just started. The early games aren't important. The NBA playoffs haven't started yet. The Pistons are sacrificial lambs for Lebron. No reason to waste time on them. Pretty easy choice as to who should be the televised team.

Many years ago, not all the playoff games were televised. I feel like that's improved over the years.

Andersson is so good at faceoffs, that he played 2 minutes in the most important game of the season. Blashill is full of s***. He dressed Andersson and didn't even play him.

He will be missed as he's still our best player and we're not exactly a great team to begin with. It sounds like it's the best decision from his standpoint. I'll remember him as the best stickhandler I ever saw. One of the most respected players in the league from peers. Hall of Famer. It'll be even harder to make the playoffs next year and Kronwall and Zetterberg aren't getting any younger. We'll see if Larkin and Mantha can elevate their game to keep us afloat.

Those are good lines. Zetterberg needs Datsyuk to carry him. Abby would hopefully rub off on Sheahan and make him play tougher. However, the third line would be weak defensively and few coaches would be willing to have such a one sided line. Nyquist is useless as a 4th liner, but he's been so poor recently that he doesn't deserve more minutes. I'd put Glendenning on that line with AA and Mantha. Nyquist I'd play on the 4th line. That's a good point, but no matter how you slice the lines, we have too many weaknesses in one form or another.

Not a big fan of the playoff format. Looks like there will be a bunch of rematches from the first round of last year's playoffs.

Moe Mantha was a former NHL player. Played in the 80's. Not sure if there's any relation.

He couldn't make any playoff team's first line. He plays with passion but his hockey IQ and skill level are bad.
