What this team needs is accountability. You've got an owner who doesn't care and a GM and coach that will not get fired. We frequently talk about replacements for Holland and Babcock, but we all know neither one will be gone unless they want to be gone. That's not a good thing when people in power have no accountability to anyone above. Also, we have too many players with NTC's. Those guys also have no accountability, since they can only be moved with their permission. How can a team have so many NTC's? It's stupid. Then you have players like Cleary, Bert and Sammy who should have not been brought back this season or even last season, yet are still on the team. What have these guys done lately to have been given a spot on the team at all? The franchise just needs top to bottom accountability. Instead, you have an organization of people with too much job security.

If you told me before the offseason that Dan Cleary, Todd Bertuzzi and Mikael Samuelsson would play a combined total of 126 games for this team this season, I would have flat out told you "We're not making the playoffs"

LOL. Half the town doesn't know they have a football team and their hockey fans are arrogant pricks always bragging about their team, which has won zero Stanley Cup Finals games in 45+ years of existence. It's a baseball town. That's it.

He's a good coach, but he needs a change of scenery. Every coach eventually needs a change of scenery when he's hit a wall with a team. The team needs a new change of philosophy.

Isn't he the one who likes that right handed powerplay crap. Are you telling me Holland makes terrible acquisitions and Babcock does nothing about it? Is he telling Kenny to do one thing and the exact opposite happens? I have a hard time seeing that going on. I think it's a mutual decision making process. Babcock is not a blameless party here when it comes to personnel decisions. Did Babcock have nothing to do with the Quincey trade? Or Cleary starting over Nyquist when the year began?

Enjoy him while he's here, because he's only a rental.

I think Holland should be removed from power the same way Louis XVI was

I just think he's getting stale and veterans seem to tune him out. The kids are playing hard. Maybe we should get rid of more vets. But Babcock wanted guys like Cleary and Sammy on this team. He's as much responsible for it as Holland.

Babcock and Holland losing their jobs is the only positive that can come out of this season. Time for a change.
