I figure if you jump on the bandwagon now, you're guaranteed at least 3 or 4 more Cup wins as a fan. I don't think the Wings could promise you that much anymore. -
Where's the great Oleg Kvasha? Seriously, though, Zubov and Frolov must have declined the chance to play or something. I don't know what happened with Kovalev. He's had an off year, but he can't be any worse than some of these KHL players I've never heard of?

Someone new gets injured every three games or so. We'll be lucky if we can get all those guys back without anyone else being hurt. Also, the chemistry will be hard to get back instantly, especially with the Olympic break in there. If you're going to be so damn positive, go root for the Pens or something. They'll keep you happy for at least the next 10 years or so. -

The Flyers sound like a fun team to play for. They hang out with pornstars and strippers, go to wild parties, and screw each others' wives. They're the modern day version of the film "Slapshot" I'm sure life wasn't that fun during the days of Bobby Clark as GM. -

I do. Even though he got beatdown by Lilja and Kopecky, he still has the gall to spear our captain in the nuts, and then apologize for it, as if it was accidental. He's just as bad as Shane Doan. As of now, I'm going to put Sharp on my hate list over on dropyourgloves. You've angered me into doing so. -
Level headed attitude, my ass. Brodeur got knocked off his game by Sean Avery in the playoffs a few years ago. He can be rattled just like any other goalie. That shouldn't be your basis for picking him over Roy. Many of the greatest goalies were hotheads. Look at Belfour or Billy Smith. I think that's also what made Roy as great as he was, is his competitiveness and fire. It's part of his style.

After seeing those photos, I'm convinced that this story is 100% legit. -
I voted for Lemieux, simply because the guy was away from hockey for 3 1/2 years, and as soon as he came back, he was one of the top forwards in the league again. He didn't even need time to gel or get his legs back or any of that s***. Instead, he dominated immediately. I think he scored like 3 points in his first game. Simply amazing.

I wish I could say no. Unfortunately too many is the answer. I don't come here to write thesis papers, however. Neither do you for that matter. Oh and Chicago did try to goon it up against us last year in the playoffs. Most notably in game 4. I just want to see this team play with some passion, instead of sitting on their asses and waiting for Franzen or whoever else to return. Apparently many others agree with me. -

Well, in all fairness, we don't see many goals anymore, so Newbury is like a God to us. He walked on water......I mean scored a goal for the Wings.
