I'm proud of Ericsson. He's on pace to have close to 1,400 PIM this season, shattering the previous record held by Dave Schultz. -

Coaching has to handle the line changes better. Nothing we can do about the defense. Pizza boy owner doesn't care that Holland won't upgrade that part of the ice. Offense has some talent, but as the Wings showed when they used to be good, your offense starts from the blue line. -

It's not the refs. We're giving up odd many rushes and are being outskated. Hard to get a powerplay when you are second to every puck. -

This defense is total trash. I could punch Holland in his stupid face right now for assembling this crap while Yzerman has assembled a team with young stars and speed. Turnovers, odd man rushes, boneheaded mistakes, miscommunication, etc. Same thing we saw last year from this defense. -

I've noticed a glitch, which I kind of like (or maybe Matt has invented a forum that predicts the future) I've made several posts now where four or five people like the post only seconds after it happened. When I click on each like, it shows that the likes are from Thursday October 12th, which hasn't even happened yet.

If I were a GM, I might think about trading a 4th for Pulkinnen, but I wouldn't go any higher than that. Only a fool would trade a 2nd or 3rd for him. I'm certainly no Holland lover, but drafting players who amount to nothing is something many teams have.

What could we have traded any of those players for? Pulkinnen may have the highest value, but even so I don't see a big return.

I don't follow GR like the rest of you, but what did we lose in Frk ("Jesus, is that his real name)? What exactly is his ceiling?
