I think finding a way to get Phaneuf here would be a great start. Up front I honestly believe the team just needs growth from within and address needs come trade deadline. Obviously if the right fit is there to get bigger up front in the summer, then go for it. But I do think trimming some of the fat and getting #3 here would be a big win for the summer. If we landed Phaneuf at the deadline I strongly believe the team would still be playing hockey right now. Kronwall-Ericsson Phaneuf-Dekeyser A much better and deeper than what we've had. And with Kronwall not getting any younger, this definitely helps to bridge the gap between he and the youth. Edit: We also absolutely need to keep Babs around.

A lot of these goals are waived off even when the whistle hasn't been blown yet, because of the intent to blow bulls***. Also, that whistle should have never happened as quickly as it did. In the end, the Habs are the most beatable team left in the playoffs. They struggle to score. They scored 2 goals in their last 3 games. Price can't get a shutout every night. Wings held the highest scoring team to just 9 goals in 5 games. The Habs are nowhere near the team some make them out to be.

Not one person said he should play with Kronwall because he is a top dman. He and Kronwall have played well together in the past. On more than one occasion.
