I don't think any changes need to be made unless they play bad tomorrow night. Last change will help a lot in terms of generating offense.

My guess is they called them up to give them the option to rest regulars if Columbus wins tonight. If Columbus loses, my guess is they'll stick with their playoff lineup sans Alfie.

Really hoping Columbus loses tonight. The Blues have been playing awful, and will be missing a lot of key players for tomorrow night. Opportunity is there is Columbus doesn't get 2 points tonight. Eddie O is such a POS. Watching the Pens/Flyers game, and he word for word just said, while talking about the Red Wings: "Welcome to the Eastern Conference. Having to play Boston in the first round" literally laughing as he said it. Absolute joke this guy gets to do color for national broadcast games.

This. They love to party, that's for sure. I used to bounce at Turkey Joe's. I've seen them many times. Ryder and Adam Pardy loves the party scene as well.

The game vs the Blues will be a great game to get ready for what to expect in round 1. Especially if we play the Bruins.

He is not gonna get in game shape in the press box. He needs these last 2 games more than anybody. To put it bluntly, the team knocked out Anaheim last year because they were in playoff mode to end the season. They went up 3-1 vs Chicago for the same reason, as Chicago absolutely coasted through the first round last year. If the Wings rest guys now, we'll likely draw Boston and get killed in 5 games. They need to keep the intensity up these last 2 games to have a prayer in the first round. Yeah, guys will be tired. But we get through round 1 and we get backup in Hank and E.

This is why I said earlier that they just wanted to get a well known hockey name in the position. He literally has no experience.

The team has to keep the intensity level going. If they play a team like Boston it would be their only chance. Resting guys now would lower our chances of getting passed the first round. We've seen it time and time again with teams resting players.

As someone from Toronto, I know all about it. Hence why I think they deserve every bit of the misery they get. Props to my Bruins fan Dad for raising me to not be a Leafs fan.

That's hard to say. There are also less teams in the West, which increases the odds of making it. You'd have to think the Wings would be able to hang with the likes of the Stars and Yotes for a wild card spot.

I'm just shocked Monster played more than one game without getting hurt.
